Shangô Beat is being idealized by the musician Marcos Odara, Brazilian percussionist, singer and composer.  with influence of the Afro, Brazilian culture known as Candomblé - A mix of Brazilian Afro, Afro Beat, Samba Bossa Nova, Reggae, Funk, and a little bit of Contemporary Jazz thrown in.
